My Story
I did not set out to become a mortgage broker. I earned my accounting degree and my MBA thinking I would spend my career on the analysis side of the table, reading financial statements, not sitting across from people on the biggest purchase of their lives.
Then I bought my first rental property. I remember sitting across from my own loan officer, watching him move through paperwork I could follow because of my background, and realizing most people in that seat cannot. The numbers were not the hard part. Understanding what they meant was. That gap is where I decided to spend my career.

Since then I have built a portfolio of long and short-term rentals of my own, which means the advice you get from me comes from someone who has actually sat on both sides of the closing table, not someone reciting a rate sheet.
My goal on every file is the same: make the numbers make sense, keep you informed at every step, and get you to the closing table with confidence instead of confusion.
