Through Crescent Ridge Realty, he lists and sells homes across Logan, Nibley, Smithfield, and the surrounding area. Over the past five years that combination has produced 96 closed sales worth roughly $43.4 million, with an average sale price around $451,700.

Ethan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and holds an active Utah real estate license. Crescent Ridge’s construction work also reaches into Idaho, with recent projects near Twin Falls.
